Treatments are offered throughout the day whilst yoga and other activities will continue.

 

I am excited to share that our retreat days are back! Carole from Touching Lives and Lotus and Laurel Yoga had such fun before COVID and I know that my yogis really enjoyed them, so this year we are bringing them back. All levels are welcome even if you’ve never done yoga before!

 

Our retreat day begins at

9.30/10am - A light breakfast available if you missed yours before leaving! Meet and greet and book in your treatment with the Riverside Rooms therapists.

10am - 1pm - Yoga by the Koi Carp pond with very light movement and meditation to ease us towards your yoga practice.

1-2pm Lunch - all veggie and homemade by the handsome Ben

2-2.45pm Journaling, intention and affirmation setting
2.45-3.15pm Face Yoga exercises and self massage techniques to restore a more youthful complexion.
3.15 - 4.30pm a slow flow yin like yoga afternoon, with breathwork, yoga nidra and maybe a few other treats for you.

Refreshments, herbal infusions (by Surrey Organics) and light bite treats will be available throughout the afternoon. Our previous feedback people aside they have valued having the time to themselves, to indulge in a treatment, good food, treats and yoga, leaving them feeling like they have had a mini break.
