Young Adults and Teen yoga
It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster for us all recently, especially our young adults and teens.
I run classes suitable for Young Adults and Teens who may be doing a Duke of Edinburgh award, wanting a form of indoor exercise or a way to switch off. They can join my Tuesday evening class at 6.30pm, or have access to 18 pre-recorded lessons.
All our sessions build on from each other, and are themed - anatomy, mindfulness and meditation to tackle any anxieties and uncertainties, postures which make us feel great - raising our confidence and self esteem.
I will help with activity logs and signing off their reports.
