Young Adults and Teen yoga

It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster for us all recently, especially our kids with the schools currently closed.

I run an online class for Young Adults and Teens who may be doing a Duke of Edinburgh award, wanting a form of indoor exercise or a way to switch off.

There is a members area for young adults and teens on this website, so they can access recordings (me only, not participants) of our sessions if they want to repeat or if they miss them, and I’ll be adding relaxation techniques and short practices here too.  All members are approved by me.  They can also register the class here for DofE (I’m also providing a record sheet to make it as easy as possible for them)

Our sessions build on from each other, and are themed within current climate – this term we will be practicing mindfulness and meditation to tackle any anxieties and uncertainties which may be currently be present with school shut and being in lockdown as well as practicing postures which make us feel good.

The class will run on Monday’s 4.45 – 5.30pm, as mentioned is recorded and made available that day in the members area.  The cost is £15 for 5 weeks.

If you're interested in signing up or have any questions do get in touch (tina@lotusandlaurelyoga.co.uk or 07952 312057)

Equally, you can sign up and pay for the next half term (Monday,1st - 29th March) here:
